up and by 10. AM. the deck’s wre dry and pleasent to walk on, After writing a letter home to be posted at Queenstown. I now prepare for church which is to be held in the Saloon. (Noon) I enjoyed the church service very much for it was a change after being amoungst the passengers such as we have on board. the service was read from the English Prayer Book, All the sailors were present. they being marched in single file. 2.
